The installation situated in a wood explored aspects of the house designed by Philip Webb and the interiors of William Morris. View is made from beeswax, cloth and natural vegetation and consists of three hangings framing the countryside beyond and suggesting the architectural proportions of curtained windows at Standen. Greenery and the rhythm of nature was a constant theme in Morris's design. The work captures the natural world within a structure reflecting the essence of nature in the wild.
